I was looking for a laptop for my Grand daughter that wouldn't break the bank, but had the things she needed on it. This one fit the bill. All I had to do was add MS Word on it and she is thrilled with it.

We bought 2 of these laptop for my youngest boys. They work great. They can do homework, socialize, and even do light gaming. We are very happy with our purchase.

This was a gift for my mother in law, but i played with it a little bit. It seems to be easy to operate, convenient size.

great size... not heavy...fast. not expensive......

Bought this for my wife, Her old Acer laptop touchpad was wore out so I opted to get her a new Laptop. Works fine, easy setup. only problem was getting the new style touchpad to work like the old one. Got that going but it seems every time we reboot I need to go back in to the mouse.touchpad setup and reconfiure it. Not a problem for me but it is annoying. other than that No problems.

This computer is easy to use and it contains the latest programs. I used the Geek Squad to set it up for me which was beneficial.

Thought the laptop overall was good. Not as fast as i wanted but satisfactory

If this computer as Laptop was fitted 8GB DDR3 would be excellent computing equipment.. I installed payroll software, Tax pro software, MS office 2016.. Doing great! CONS IS: it is HP.. Keyboard not the same as DELL.. I bought this for its meaner buy cost!

Good price for a good laptop. It is good for my daughter to stream videos on.

This is the third one of these computers that I have bought for myself and my kids and we love them. The computer is easy to use and very lightweight, and the price was right! I definitely recommend this computer as a first computer for a child.

I bought this on sale. We only purchased it as a computer to pay bills and surf the internet. It is slow at times but not unreasonably so. Some of it could be U-verse and internet congestion but even when I am running non-internet related software it takes a little while. With that said it's worth the money.

This will be used primarily for internet and photo storage for my wife, and so far it is working out very good. Wireless speed is good and Windows 10 has made it very easy for her to get started.

So far this computer has met all my expectations. I was concerned at first because of the price but after reading reviews and knowing what I was using it for I went ahead and purchased. I have not had any issues and it was really easy to setup and use.

My son and I went in to buy computer. Your staff was very helpful. When we had questions. I love my computer . I didn't need anything really expensive . This works for what I want, needed to use for paying bills online. Works and really easy to use.

My son uses this computer to play games and watch YouTube. It works fine

I researched and bought this laptop as a Christmas gift for my son who just started high school. It was reasonably priced. Looks great. He loves it. Great for doing his homework and papers.
