Just what my 10 yr old needed. He loves it so far and hopefully it will outlast the punishment his 10 yr old fingers can inflict.

Does everything I need with pretty good speed. Startup and shutdown is quick. For the price I would call this an excellent value.

This laptop was purchased as a source from the internet to an embroidery machine to decipher and install software into the machine.

I needed a laptop for my online courses and did not have much money so I brought this nice CHEAP laptop. All is well so far......

I got this computer for my daughter. It works well for basic purposes. It does not generate a lot of heat as of yet which is better than previous laptops I have owned. If you are looking for something really fast, this is not for you. If you need a basic computer for Web Browsing, Netflix, YouTube, etc. then you will be fine here without having to spend a lot of additional money for speed you don't really need.

New laptop is fast & efficient - performs well and is thin and light weight. Price probably based on last year's features -- that's fine with me! A great little laptop!

A great general purpose machine. I want use while watching TV something that I could carry from my office to the living room.

Runs extremely slow. My wi-fi connection says strong but hard to connect to the internet

Bought this laptop for a relative who mainly uses Skype and Microsoft Office, and it performs well! HP support was also helpful in finding a Windows Product Key, since Best Buy didn't register Windows 10 properly before shipping this product (which I bought as Open-Box).

HP once again delivers. I have always bought HP laptops and with confidence. They never have let me down. Great performance and quality.

I rarely use a computer and this one has the features I needed without breaking the bank

Was not the fastest one originally bought when I added a $50 ssd hard drive was installed it became a very fast computer.

This laptop replaced my desk top computer. I enjoy the ease of taking the laptop to other rooms in my home. I like how easy it was to setup and use in a timely manner. I can't believe the extra space I have on my desk after getting rid of my big monitor.

The HP laptop worked for two hours then when shut down would never come on again. Best buy exhanged the computer for me because it was within the holiday return policy. Hopefully the new one works....
