I bought this to do my taxes, and it's great for a basic laptop, but a little slow. It suited my purpose at the time though.

I was looking for a laptop for simple everyday tasks, and this HP was just right! Works very well, and is pretty fast too!

This is actually my first laptop. When I started looking my son helped and they have the same computer and suggested it.

Some of these small laptops come with Word and Excel, however this one does not. Still a good product for the price.

We bought this laptop for my mother in law, she uses it all the time without any issues. Definitely worth the cost!

It is functional for basic use. Not top notch but for normal surfing just fine

This has not given me any troubles. I use it for school and shopping and my kids use it for school. Great computer.

got this because I wanted a computer but did not need a high end computer, this computer fills my needs quite well

It's nice my kids always watching YouTube on i. But suddenly they broke it. I'm trying to fix it so I can use it again

Good basic laptop for Internet browsing, photo storage, Netflix and things like that. Nothing fancy but does it's job

...the Windows 10 OS - a real pain to work with, much inferior to Windows 7; but after weeks of playing around with all the "new" features, I have gotten use to the glitches and problems thanks to the great HP design - I am now very happy with the machine!

Not impressed that I was unable to see product prior buying, non on display, nor was I able to open box prior purchase.

This fits my needs well it has worked great for the first month and I love Cortana it is my first computer with it.

I am a college student and i find myself reaching for my laptop at least 4 times a week if not more. Since i purchased it I have had no issues with its speed either. HP makes good laptops i know ill be using this product well into my grad school years.

We got this computer for my husband who does basic computing and emails. This computer works great for this purpose.
