I bought this for my son. He uses it mainly for e-mail and everyday use. He's had it 2 months now with no problems.

My old Dell laptop finally died, and I needed a replacement quick as I use my laptop for work. Checked out this model many times while coming to my decision, and decided to go with this one, and I'm very happy with how it works and functions.

I bought this laptop for my grandmother (78yrs old) for her basic uses. So far she likes it a lot. She uses it for Internet browsing, exel, Microsoft word and other programs. Again great basic laptop it gets the job done and can't go wrong with the price.

I feel like it's worth the cost. Few laptop's will work and function for long periods of time without crashing.

Great for the price. Fast and efficient when you just want to have something to play games or surf the internet.

so far i have no complaints. I am just not a fan of the new Windows. but so far this laptop has been pretty solid.

You can't beat the speed and hard drive of this computer at this price. You'll have no problems multi tasking here.

i thought this laptop was a steal but after about 6 months it has been total trash I don’t recommend it

I am pleased with this computer. My husband also purchased a matching one.

This computer works great and the battery last for a long time when fully charged.It streams You Tube and Netflix just fine too. The speed of this computer is OK for what I need to use it for.

Honestly needed to get a new laptop since my old one was super slow and mess up. Bought this one when a sale was going on and I been in love. I love watching dramas and movies with my laptop.

Bought this laptop for my father. He loves it for everyday causal internet browsing. Am going to buy a mouse for him, he is having some difficulty with using the scroll pad. This is more of a personal preference rather than a problem with the laptop.

While the price was attractive, the performance of this system is not. It becomes extremely slow when navigating multiple pages within a browser, have multiple applications open, or while downloading photos. I would recommend a more robust computer that handles multitasking and page refreshes more quickly.

purchased online and picked it up in the store the same day, I liked that. Bought this for my wife, she had a little trouble getting used to windows 10 but she really likes the speed of this machine. She can do everything she wants with this system.

My apple computer burned out on me and I needed a laptop quick. It serves it's purpose and gets the job done.

I would recommend this HP laptop to anyone. I has great features, good sound quality and I'm enjoying my new toy.
