    I just needed something basic, not really anything fancy but this laptop is just what I needed, To browse the web, stream some netflix, check emails. I don't use it for Itunes or video games so I'm perfectly happy with it

    The laptop works very well, easy to use, smooth and I'm happy with the memory capacity and dual processor. All the laptops I priced had 32gb memory and the 500 I have is much better. It's lightweight and easy to take with me.

    I love this HP. It is an incredible device and it was recommended by the Best Buy Staff for the price. The graphics are incredible and the speed is awesome. I would highly recommend this product. Thank you Best Buy!

    This laptop was bought as a gift for our son. HP usually is a reliable product but the second day he had it the keys started popping off. There were issues with the screen resolution and also streaming issues. Overall disappointment. Best Buy took it back nd he got an ASUS.
