    Setup was easy. Burns DVD's fast. Great speed with internet access. Wife was happy to dump her old Dell. Was not a big HP fan in the past but this laptop has turned us around.

    We purchased the first one for my daughters graduation present. Very disappointed in speed and battery. We took that back thinking we got thinking we had a lemon. Associate did not try to better our experience and gave us another one. Same thing but when we figured this one we were told that we would have to spend an extra 300 to get what we wanted. The first salesperson was very cordial and seemed to be knowledgeable. It is a shame this that not all Best Buy employees care about there customers like he did.

    Love this laptop! It felt weird at first, but got used to the keyboard. Does get fingerprints on cover easily & on screen, charges fast & lasts about 4 hours without a charger :)
