Disapointed with this purchase
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this laptop back in mid July and just 3 months later the speakers are failing badly, the performance of the computer is also not good, it get frozen every now and then, having no more than 5 apps running I.E Chrome with a couple of tabs, outlook, excel, and notepad, the trackpad also fails a lot causing pages to zoom in or zoom out . I do like HP as I have had other great HP computers in the past, but this particular Laptop model is just not worth it.
