It was delivered when Best Buy said it would . It has worked fine it is fast and most of all the wife likes it . Will use Best Buy online buying again .

This laptop has decent power to run Windows 10, enough speed to run day-to-day tasks, only drawback I have with the mouse pad is not very responsive.

I bought this laptop for my parents and it was so easy to set up! And easy for them to use. Perfect laptop for a great price. I might get one for myself!

I love my little computer. It works great and gets the job done. I mostly use it for Facebook and homework.

The only reason it's not 5 stars is because the wifi connectivity has issues. All other electronics in my household stay connected easily. This laptop, however, will only stay connected if within 10 feet from the router....That's my only complaint

This computer isn't worth the price. Super inexpensive is the only thing it has going for it. I have used it twice, the speakers sound blown, the cooling fan is already broken. Worst product ever.

I bought this laptop simply to use for online web searching, answering work emails and research for some coursework. It is the slowest, clunkest and frustrating laptop ever. It takes FOREVER to load web pages and a simple google search takes about 10 minutes. If you need to open multiple web pages, plan on dedicating a full hour to do so. I would not recommend this laptop to anyone at all. I tried to get a refund or any sort of discount -- i would literally take a 10 percent discount on any other computer or sell this laptop for about $20 to get rid of it.

This was the best deal for a laptop. It works great. If I needed two laptops I would go buy a second one.

machine is good...OS/keyboard. works off the bat. poor touch pad location ( not centered ) the left/right click buttons are hard to press...not comfortable. Worth for the price I bought.

Those Laptop was purchased for my daughter. It has done everything she has need it to do. The staff at The Blaine Best Buy were very helpful.

Works well. Can't really use for games. Bought for a child to use inexpensive so if something happens we won't take a huge loss. Tends to freeze a lot when running YouTube or other videos.

Very nice computer, bad battery out of the box. Been waiting a week and still not evaluated as of now. Why doesn't hp send the battery next day? This would speed up the peocess Incase it is not the battery and it is the mother board connection?

Brought this for my niece and she is enjoying every minute of it....she do homework project, listen to her music and enjoys watching movies....

My overall purchase experience was very good. From the staffs assistance to checkout. This Computer is what I needed to take care of all my needs

dont like Windows 10 nor the fact that everything including a Virus protection is all built in nor the fact there is no booklet on product & you need Geek squad just to set up so a$200 product can cost you $200 to maintain through Geek Squad

This is excellent. Very thin and has a large screen. I will probably increase ram but it works fine. I also use it to connect to a projector.
