I bought this for my teenaged sons Christmas. He uses it mostly for streaming videos on YouTube and playing WOW. We have had no issues with graphics or overheating.

My Wife and I have owned HP Products for many years they are dependable like no others out there in the industry and public consumers. we still own a desk top model that has a huge bubble on the back of the monitor to house all the components & and maybe a tube or two lol:) we keep waiting for it to die but it keeps on ticking they don't even have support for it any more but we keep renewing our Geek Squad service contract and they keep her tuned up and flyin along just fine. and now this little Jewell we expect will do the same and just keep on truckin along just fine with windows 10.5 running her along the way and for the price @ Best Buy you just can't beat it we love you guys and HP for you excellent Quality and B B for your excellent service.

I was looking for a laptop that could hold all the pictures and music that I love so much. When I saw the price for this one I just had to get. Its reliable and it being a HP just made all the more reason to buy it.

I have an HP laptop. Very surprised to see the price fr the quality of product that it is. Bonus that is is lightweight. Works very well. Geek Squad and sales reps were over exceptionally helpful. Had the Geekk Squad transfer information from old laptop to new one.

This is a pretty good machine for the price and especially for a high school senior.

The HP laptop I purchased runs really slow and the battery barely last me half a day after charging all night. I only use the laptop for school so I didn't download any apps to make it run as slow as it does. I'm planning on exchanging it for something different.

We got this for our 12 yr old twins and they were amazed on how easy it is to use.

Nothing incredible special about this computer with the exception of the price. You just can't beat it. This is the second HP laptop I've owned and I'm currently using the first, three years later. I decided to pick this one up as a gift for mom and she absolutely loves it. It comes preloaded with Windows 10, for better or for worse, but there isn't much getting around that these days. You can pretty much do whatever you want on this system, except for heavy 3D gaming. It's built not built for that, but perfect for the casual gamer, movie watcher or basic office work. For less than 300 bucks, it's one you should definitely consider if you are looking for a laptop.

this does everything I need in a laptop, not playing games on it just surf the web and write papers, more then enough

I purchased this for my 82 yr old mother, she loves it. very easy to use and she doesn't have to go to the computer room any more if she chooses not to !

Good laptop with moderate configuration. Wish could get more ram on this price.

Good basic machine. Easy to use and set up. Just use it for email and bill pay.

It is a inexpensive laptop computer with 500 gb storage which is very useful and practical to download many programs. The screen is good size. The only shortcoming is its battery life, only lasts about 3 hours. I rated it a good functional computer.
