I was not expecting a lot when buying an inexpensive laptop, but had some basic criteria; email, Internet browsing, and basic functions. Unfortunately, this computer was slow and unresponsive...unable to load Web pages more than half of the time. The cheap build is VERY obvious; you get what you pay for, don't waste your money.

I used this laptop for work only. The processor speed could be quicker but it serves it purposes. I love the screen size.

I purchased from Joy. The laptop powered up and died. I was never able to get it to boot again. Joy failed to help me with a repair or refund. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I bought this product to see if my older software would work with windows 10. Everything still working OK.

Bought this laptop for my teenage daughter. She uses it for school, internet, movies, etc. The AMD A6 processor if fast.

Excellent. It is very enjoyable. It withstands the constant usage almost 24/7 my grandchild gives it. Very good product.
