I wound up buying two of these computers and have had trouble with both. I will be on the internet and the internet will freeze up and i have to shut down the computer and restart every thing back up.

I absolutely love this computer I have always bought HP computers and they last for years .

I purchased this as a starter laptop for my husband since this is his first time ever owning a laptop computer

I had a HP Envy with touch screen, but needed a back up for smaller things that was on a computer that did not update to Windows 10 [Update package was almost as much as this HP notebook with 10 in it -- so no brainer there. BUT I elected for the notebook rather than one with touch screen, but did not realize how useful touch screen is. Further the battery was nt attached and I saw no instructions how to get it in place, so I was doing a jig saw puzzle game to get it to fit. PLUS Best Buy associate was NO help in selecting computer or telling me advantages/disadvantages

I got this for work overseas and travelled soon after purchasing or I would have returned it. Very difficult to use!

This laptop was extremely slow and painful to use... i finally decided to upgrade the RAM it and it has a slight improvement. I only buy dell now
