It is a really good laptop, for what I am using it for, and an amazing price.

cannot say enough about the high quality of help from our salesperson-Kristofer Contreras. He patiently explained EVERYTHING and never once made us feel inadequate or stupid, even though it was obvious that this man is pretty much a computer genius. It was obviously important enough to us to make sure we got his name and spelled it correctly. You need people like this in every Best Buy! He is a gem; don't ever lose him! and no, I'm not a friend or a relative...LOL!

Bought this to replace an aging Dell. It is superior to that machine. It came with Windows 10 which I don't like but will get used to. It loads pages very slowly compared to the old machine with the same internet. The right and left click buttons are very hard to press. Not a bad device but not great either

The computer is nice. It boots up quickly and now that I changed out the hard drive and put in an SSD it boots up very fast. I also added more RAM. My only complaint is that the fan is a little noisy at times.

This is the laptop that you need for basic everyday tasks, such as emails, browsing the web, watching videos, communicating through Skype, etc. The price is great for what you get. Very satisfied.

This processor is so much better than the Celeron. I will never get near a Celeron again and any time I see an ad with one, I cringe. It of course streams with absolutely zero issues, but I multitask with multiple office applications, with thousands of lines containing formulas. This processor is one that is finally sufficient and you really can't beat this laptop for the price. I would recommend.

I would recommend this laptop to those looking for a good beginner or basic laptop. I don't know much about computers or laptops but I got this laptop for my son for homework but also for game play. So far we have only used it to utilize a program we downloaded onto the laptop and it worked well. I would recommend this product based on my experience with it thus far.

Got it for my kids for Christmas all they wanted to use it for was minecraft and has done a great job so far. And you can't beat the price.

Computer is a great choice for my teen. ease of getting around. Geek squad hooked up the computer for me to be ready to use. installed the program so I had no worries for the first usage.
