My old laptop completely died. I needed a new one for playing music in the basement and doing social media, mostly. This laptop provides exactly what I need and was priced right. I am very satisfied with this product. As a matter of fact, I purchased a second one just the same for my mother-in-law who needed a laptop for the same reasons.

Inexpensive laptop with touch screen. Little enough to bring anywhere and enough memory for multitasking. I actually had to return another cheap laptop and got this one, and I'm very happy I did! The other one did not detect the 5G wireless and took time to configure. This one is 5G compatible and had no problem connecting. I also love the keyboard and touch pad on this one, way better feeling than the other one.

I gotta say the battery life is absolutely horrible, have issues twice with trying to scroll and the computer was constipated which resulted in over scrolling. No other complaints but I will be getting a better quality computer next year. You get what you pay for is true.

I bought this laptop based on price and needed functions

Seems a little slow for a new laptop. I have a laptop that is 7 years old and they seem to have the same memory and speed. I expected more from newer technology and newer operating system. Overall not terrible.

Great laptop for the price. Would definitely recommend.

I am pleased with the laptop, But Geek squad assistance to me is questionable. First tech spent six hour trying to set-up two e-mail accounts pages flying on and on. Second tech accomplished task in 2-3 hrs. with completely different pages flashing by. Still not set-up to my satisfaction. How do I set up a face to face with tech?

is a descent laptop for the price. I can go online, work on ms office and in general do almost everything. is actually fast and above all is HP. I don't play games or use Corel and other graphics applications.

The computer works great. The kids use it for school and online games. Absolutely no issues with this computer so far.

I bought this for a client on a budget and set it up for him. I was surprised that it was a very capable computer, certainly no speed demon but totally functional. I bought it for $200... what more can I say!

Bought this computer simply for web browsing and word processing/spreadsheet applications. works great, plenty of storage, processor speed could be better but is adequate. exactly what i expected for the price.

This was a Christmas gift for my grandson. This is his first computer and it does everything he needs for school and more. Best price around for what I purchased.
