We purchased 2 of these computers for our children. We are extremely satisfied with the performance and ease of use.

Laptop worked well right up to when the one year warranty expired. The keyboard went bad in month 13. Then left button touchpad followed. Last time I saw the laptop it now had external mouse and keyboard attached. HP wasn't any help either.

my mother in law was using a desktop computer but when she moved into an apartment did not have space. I bought her the laptop which with windows 10 is very easy to use, especially for internet and email

I am pleasantly surprised by this computer. I didn't want to spend a ton of money of a laptop because I will just be using it for school but I really love it.

It's great for just needing to school work and downloading. It has plenty of room.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my mom. She loves it and very easy to use.

Christmas present for young grandson who is very computer literate. We chose this laptop so his parents could have good control over his computer activities. Did not want activity to be limited to the cloud. Everyone appears happy with the selection.

I don't have any major problems with this laptop but I do not like "the feel" of it. I've had it for a few weeks now and I am still turning off the numlock while trying to delete something. I also wish that there was a little light that would go on to signify that the caplock or numlock was engaged. I am still getting used to Windows 10's idiosyncrasies, so I am not sure if my problems are caused because I am a slow learner or because of some sort of problem with either Windows 10 or with the laptop. I would explain my feelings to a friend before I recommended it to a friend.

I had to replace my laptop following a burglary. I chose almost the identical one that was taken. It does a good job with word processing, spreadsheets and email I really like having the number pad so I don't have to hunt and peck for the numbers.

Any time you purchase a computer under $300 you have to know it's not going to have longevity. It's a stop-gap computer that you need to throwaway 2-3 years later. That said, this one will do the job!

Easy computer to set up and use. Plus the new Windows 10 is a great new system

I purchased this laptop for one of my new employees. IT set it up in 30 minutes. Installed all of the basic office products and we have not had any issues with it.

If Your Just A Web browser kind of person who watches YouTube and Netflix and checks your facebook and instagra once in a while this computer is perfect for you!!!!

Bought this laptop for my mother( she's in her 70's)right out of the box it powered right up. Setup was easy. We got right online and set up all of her accounts. I hope it goes back on sale for that great price again so I can buy one for myself

This is my first laptop ever and I must say I am very satisfied about my purchase. It works very well and it's so easy to navigate. Best purchase ever!

As a home inspector this computer function decently for a while but there is so much bloatware on computers nowadays that with the processor and RAM it would end up slowing down too much. Especially if you start loading it up with a lot of photographs like I do and surf lot of web sites at the same time future devices recommend if you buy an old processor add 4Gig Ram and consider using external hard drive to keep clean or swapping HDD to SSD. Youll still spend less than high end and get performance you need. Steve Dove Inspections
