Nice looking. I bought this for my husband for Christmas and he thinks it is great and easy for him to use.

It does the job. I only use it for surfing the Internet and a few other personal applications and it works well for me. I wish it had a keyboard light up function but I deal with it. Great price

My son and daughter have a Mac, but I was looking for less cost. They both have said that mine is almost better, and is the best bang for your buck!

This HP product is reliable. I use it for web browsing, MS office applications and for paying bills online. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the battery. From a full charge, it only last 2 to 3 hours before it needs time to recharge the battery again. But generally a good value for the price I paid.

great for the first 2 weeks. Issues ever since...start menu gets stuck and forces restart. Ram fills up when browser and office are open at the same time...now it's too difficult to use.

Very light weight, easy to carry in backpacks. Very easy to navigate through programming. Has a webcam!

I was very unhappy with all the garbage that was pre installed by windows or who ever, it made the device slow and I hate pop up's and fake virus alerts that just want you to buy their stuff. I am more comfortable with Lynx and as soon as I can I will be going back to it. there needs to be a choose between windows and lynx. In my opinion windows is a scam to make people buy more programs and stuff they don't need. Thanks to a very helpful sales person who took the time to help me, he removed all the garbage I don't need. once the garbage was removed the product moved quicker and is much more user friendly. All computers should be completely blank and people can have a choose of what they want and don't want and not forced to buy garbage that only forces you to buy more garbage . That's just my opinion, I'm sure know one cares and the people at windows are just laughing all the way to the bank. The next question "would I recommend this to a friend" the product it self seems to be operating fine it dose what little I ask of it so "Yes" but I would inform them the garbage that they will have to deal with and to stay in the store and have a sales rep remove the garbage you don't want or need.

Great product. Easy to use and has the functions she needs to do all her HW and school projects. She can also download her pics and watch movies.

You really get your bang for your buck with this laptop. Coming from a Mac only household and money being an issue this time around, I decided to take the plunge back into the pc world. While it was a transition from Mac's OS to Windows 10, the experience has been great this far. No regrets (yet).

It seems kind of slow I don't like the Windows 10 though and viewing photos/setting backgrounds is a more difficult than it should be. By the time it arrived and I had used it enough to know I don't like it, it was too late to return it.

Bought for my child and it's very easy for her to use and everything she needs. It's fast and light.

Great processing performance for it´s price, lower price on an AMD A6 processor I could find. It is made of pure plastic, but so far, so good.

This laptop was surprisingly quick for the price and works well. Perfect fit for my son and his school work. The price was excellent!

I've been away from the fast-moving technology for several years. I returned and selected this laptop to begin updating myself with, and so far, I'm having a ball learning the new things that can be done with this laptop notebook--with help from the knowledgeable Best Buy Geeks, of course.

It's working great so far, doing college homework with a breeze, except I keep touching the mouse pad with my thumb and that irritates me!

I normally use a Mac but needed a PC to accommodate a specific work environment. This computer had done just that so far, I have not had any difficulties and I feel that the computer was designed to do a reasonable job. It does not have bluetooth but that was not something that I needed.

Purchased 2 for my wife and daughter. Nice for general use. Web browsing, school work etc. Probably going to purchase some additional RAM for them, but that's it. So far very happy
