Love it, not too heavy and great performance for college student

The touch pad lags a bit so I just switched to a wireless mouse. But other than the touch pad it's a great computer once you get used to the new programs and computer itself.

Bought it for my daughter for Christmas. The BB employee help us and suggested this one. She uses it for school and games and loves it.

I am very happy with most aspects of this laptop. I'm not totally comfortable with Windows 10. The battery life is excellent and the laptop is comfortable to use. Great product!

The price was right at the time, I should have purchased the more expensive one. This laptop is very slow. It was a little more than $200 and the better one was a little more than $400. Next time I will find the extra dollars.

It was easy to set up and get started right away. The graphics are high definition with no glare. The keyboard is comfortable and easy to use. And the mouse space is responsive and easy to use. The security software, Mcafee keeps your internet, emails and files virus and hacker free.

Bought this for my nephew entering high school. Perfect for his class work at a great price.

Windows 10 is easy to use and this laptop has everything you need for the price. Great for a student or someone who does not use a computer constantly for work purposes.

Kids have homework, husband is doing taxes, I interrupt to look up a recipe for round roast: this laptop does it all. Easy to use, lightweight with a clear, reasonably sized screen, this one is perfect for our family.

This is a great priced laptop that has a little more umph to it than others in a similar price range . I find it to do the job very well for minor gaming and everyday tasks

Works well, but a few things I do not care for. The power button does not light up to show you were it is or that it's on. The mouse pad is rough and not smooth. I like the sperate mous buttons. Everything works fine.

Low cost...not too many 'bells and whistles'. My only problem so far is that, left alone for longer that a minute and it shuts down. Changing the settings hasn't helped.

I have been buying computers for almost 20 years. I have bought both desktops and laptops and have bought several different brands, including but not limited to HP, Acer, etc. This is without a doubt the best laptop I have ever purchased. It has dvd/cd reader which is rare to find these days, a 500 gb hard drive, energy star rated and windows 10 pre-installed. No problems with this daily used computer.

This item is excellent for its purpose. The price is unbeatable. Works perfectly for me.

As far as PCs go, this is a pretty solid buy. No issues yet. Good value for the money.

Provides good speed for internet use and basic game functions for retired 96 year young female.

Took this compact computer on vacation with us. Small enough to travel well, but has all the features one would need. Was able to plan trip on the go with access to Google Earth and weather and traffic reports. Still learning Windows 10, but appreciate all its features.

Bought it for my daughter works fine. Nice computer I don't see any problems with it.
