I bought this for my daughter to use in college. It does everything she needs it to do. The only bad thing is I didn't realize it didn't have Bluetooth. Huge mistake on my part. Good computer though.

I previously bought a cheap HP and had to bring it back. This however has been great. Bought it has a universal computer for the family and couldn't be happier. We definitely bought the recommended geeks squad protection because it covers accidental damage

Easy to use. Set up in about 10 minutes. Works great for entry level computer

For $250, you can't ask for a lot. I was pleasantly surprised. The only problem I have is there is no back light on the keyboard which I'm used to having.

Worked trouble free right out of box. The price was great I am very satisfied

My son needed this for school and it was a good bargain. Only issue was we let him set it up himself (because at 13 they know everything, right?) and he had a virus on it in under 5 minutes. Definitely having it set up before we leave the store next time

This laptop is fine if you want a windows computer - which is all I wanted for a road trip. Would I buy it again? Probably not. But it was cheap, it works, and it gets me on the internet. Good enough.

I bought this laptop after my 7 year old HP laptop finally crashed. I mostly use this new laptop to pay my bills. I created a child account for my son to play video games and it works great. Sometimes restarting it takes a bit longer than it should but, overall a good laptop for the price.

It is quality for less $. HP like most compared to Macs are slow & more chances of virus & pop ups but it is a good computer. Not the fastest but good.

This laptop is perfect. It's fast has tons of memory and came with everything I needed. All for an amazing price.

HP RATES VERY HIGH AS A BRAND PARTICULARLY FOR THE PRICE. NICE SIZE SCREEN WITH BUILTIN DVD PLAYER; GOOD PROCESSOR AND DECENT STORAGE. A BIT HEAVY AND BULKY IF YOU PLAN ON TRANSPORTING IT ALOT.

Bought this computer as a secondary one for work purposes. Not too bad. Gets the job done. It is rather slow though so I do not recommend as a primary laptop that will be used to store information.

This is a good and decent laptop for everyday use - internet, social media, Word, Excel, etc., Gets the job done. It has an AMD processor, which typically run hotter than Intel processors, and it was a concern of mine before purchasing, but the laptop itself does not get very hot, even after being on for a few hours. I have been a loyal Dell user for years, but have been very impressed with this HP laptop and will definitely consider HPs in the future. Graphics and audio are all good - 5/5 stars. Screen is crisp and clear and the laptop boots up relatively quickly. The keyboard also has a numeric keyboard on the right side if you do a lot with numbers/spreadsheets. The only downside I see is no backlit keyboard and no light on the power button, so it can be hard to determine if the machine is on when you first turn it on. But for the price, you can't have everything. Overall, given the amount of features for the price, this is a good buy and gets the job done.

A neat and trim laptop that is fully functional for a multitude of uses from personal to business applications.The battery life is excellent,the screen images are bright and easy to see and the keyboard is very user friendly and sturdy.Overall a very nice unit!

Seems to be doing great. Was not too thrilled at getting Windows 10 but have been very happy with this laptop.
