Great computer. Meets all my needs. Sometimes it's slow and freezes up otherwise a very good laptop.

Good laptop for the money, had returned another one that could only be used a paper weight, this one is very useful just not super fast.

This was a gift for my mother who needed something basic to surf the web. I set it up for her before giving it to her and the initial setup was easy. Great value for the price.

Best computer for its price. 500 GB hard drive, 4 GM Memory, CD-DVD drive, better than 32 GB hard drive and 2GB Memory with no CD-DVD drive-for the same price. Reading the reviews of laptops with 32 GB flash drive, after the installation of the software, including windows 10 takes up most of the available space, leaving nearly no additional space. Makes no sense to purchase a laptop with only 32 GB drive. Computer seems fast so far.

Great computer for the price! Easy to use. A bit of trouble when using email as it was a little jumpy but that was easy to work around.

Needed something to run Windows, all my other machines are Mac. For the price you can't beat this.

I bought this laptop for a Christmas gift for my dad. He is enjoying it and likes the windows 10.

laptop works quite well for the price---performance is quick

Very pleased with the purchase. Fathers old sony vaio was finally no longer working after having it for a bit over 10 years. This HP was an excellent replacement and upgrade for him. All the basics for everything he needs are on this laptop.

Works well for writing papers and browsing Internet. As a student on a budget, this computer is ideal and has great bang for the buck.

I am not the most "tech savvy" user and can find my way around without major issues.

I have always had Dell computers but this HP was rated higher according to in store reviews. I am very happy with this computer. I am a Senior Citizen and use it mostly for emails, saving pictures, and to Google for information on different subjects of interest. My son who works at a hospital also has an HP so it must be a great computer!

I purchased this for my grandson for Christmas. I couldn't beat the price. It's perfect for him.

I spend as many as 5-6 hours on this laptop 7 days a week. It I operates quickly and has no major issues. Would be an adequate laptop for anyone under any circumstances

Got it to do basic Internet, email, and to network with other laptops to share data and graphics in a segregated local network. Works fine as long as there is a local router. That capability is not imbedded in this machine.

Great value for the cost...very pleased with this product

At first, I was skeptical buying a laptop for so cheap. I thought to myself, "Either the technology is finally cheap enough to get a quality product at this price, or it's a piece of ****, and I'm wasting my money. Well, a waste of money is not how I'd describe this laptop. It's fast, it has a touch screen, Windows 10, and it has a lot of storage, all of which I love. I'm more than satisfied with the purchase. I'm so impressed with this laptop, I bought one for my mother!

This computer is great for business functions, as well as every day personal use. Great price.

I was skeptical about the purchase because it is the cheaper end of a laptops. I needed a fast replacement. I've had it over a month now and am happy. The battery is quik to expire, but I just keep the cord nearby, no problem. Navigation can be spoiled sometimes in that it will take its time navigating between screens or maybe pop me somewhere I didn't want to be, but I digress. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase and glad I didn't let the reps talk me into a system beyond my budget. I recommend it.

My mom was using a desktop computer, which was a hand-me-down, and was on the verge of going out from many years of use. We decided to treat her to a brand new laptop :-) The make is nice and very light! She loved everything about it, especially since HP is her favorite brand!
