This laptop is a great laptop for the price. It did surprise me a few times with how it ran some programs.

Good for first laptop for smaller ones. Still figuring things out. Daughter enjoys the apps that cone with it and really excited about netflix.

I wanted a laptop that I could use to browse the web, use excel spreadsheets & check my email on. The size is perfect, setting the laptop up initially, and using it to watch Netflix are all super easy. If you've never owned a laptop & don't know what kind you need, I would recommend this HP model.

Purchased this laptop as a gift for one of my children leaving for college. It was not only a great gift, but the laptop has served as an invaluable tool for her during the school year. The machine has been reliable and runs consistently well. It meets all of the demands of a college student.

This computer is awesome for teenagers who just need something to do school work on. Has 4 GB of Ram which is Okay. The 500GB hard drive has more than enough space to store all your programs, word documents etc. Only complaint is that after installing anything more than Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and Chrome as well as iTunes, the computer starts to slow down just a tad; but it will still work.

its pretty slow and my 10 keys stopped working the second day. Not something I would ever purches again.

I love my HP I have been looking for a laptop that was not expensive and not complicated it's the right size and has enough memory for my pictures . I can take it with me and not worry about it being too heavy I will be taking it on vacation with me and sharing pictures with friends and family .

This laptop is good for the price. The only reason i am only giving this 4 stars is because of the battery life. I'm on YouTube a lot uploading videos and watching videos and it doesn't last 2 hours when the warning pops up that i have 14% left of battery. I just find it annoying having to plug in the laptop every other hour while I'm editing. The reviews i read said nothing about the battery life so i hope this helps someone out there ♥♥♥

Doesn't hold a charge and the computer is forever having to Reconnect. I know it's not the WI FI since the Laptop is the only thing with issues

The laptop is sleek light weight. Just would have likeed it to have Bluetooth.

I have never have been particularly interested in computers. However , I am finding that, with a bit of exploration, there really are some fascinating facets to be discovered. I am enjoying doing so.
