Perfect laptop for my father-in-law to do the tasks he enjoys doing on a daily basis.

This is a great little entry level laptop that performs well and was priced right. The memory was a bit slim but for the price was easy to upgrade.

This isn't quite what I expected from windows 10. I was expecting for this computer to be faster than it is.

I bought this Hp laptop for my autistic 12 year old daughter, it's ease of use for her music and music videos is nice, she works it very well. :-)

good product - got to replace heavy (full-service) laptop, did not need office but needed lightweight easy to use device for accessing itunes...this is perfect, only criticism is that key pad requires that user press right on center when selecting/clicking...positive to concern is that it allows you to make sure of your choice -precision (good); practically perfect

this laptop is great for everyday function speed, performance style excellent would refer to an friend

I bought my Granddaughter a Dell for Christmas. A week later it quit working and I took it back for an exchange. Got the new one home and it had the same problems. Trucked back to Best Buy AGAIN and upgraded to an HP. It works great.

First, it is slow booting up, but it is also really inexpensive so no unexpected disappointment there for me. I purchased this just for using with an OBD II scan tool and it does exactly what I need it to do. I also have used it for Microsoft office and it works well. I would not recommend this for someone looking for gaming or other rapid type requirements.

I absolutely am satisfied with this laptop I purchased as an Xmas gift last month for my son. It's got great sound, a large monitor and the battery lasts quite a while. Very affordable and didn't break the bank. He uses it daily. Only negative was that the laptop didn't come with Microsoft Word.

Bought this for me to use while going to college. Overall this is a good laptop. Does everything I need it to do. The only complaint I have is that the speakers suck! It doesn't matter how quiet or loud I have it, they always sound distorted. Wish there was something I could do to fix that, but oh well. If I plug in headphones it sounds just fine.

Bought this for my 14 year old. I didn't want to get something with the slowest performance just to save a few dollars. This one performs well

I chose this laptop because it had the right size, functions, it is user friendly, it is just right for the many projects I want to complete.
