Average computer but definitely worth the price. Does the basics, but haven't had any issues the last few months since purchase. Decent computer if you don't want to spend a lot.

This a good laptop. I purchased it for my mother. It is user friendly and good for someone who is new to technology.

My daughter loves her laptop, but I/m a Mac guy, so I'm just happy she likes it. Also, the store didn't have the mouse I ordered.

Basically, I'm a windows guy and my wife has been using a MacBook and she is always asking me for help. While I'm not very good with Mac's I was able to solve most of her issues and problems. After a few years of indecisiveness, I finally pulled the trigger, dumped the Mac and went full on IBM, the best option for me. Given the price differential between Apple Products and my familiarity with an IBM Desk Top, this turned out to be a no-brainer. This laptop more than meets my wife's needs.

Since I use my phone and iPad for internet surfing, purchases, etc. I didn't need all the bells and whistles for a laptop. This one was inexpensive (~$200) and suits my needs. I find that if my hand touches the mousepad in a certain way, the screen enlarges which can be annoying. I'm also still trying to get used to Windows 10.

It's definitely taking some getting use to because I've never worked a machine with Windows 10 but over all I'm really loving it

I bought the laptop for my children for home work purposes. We've had no problem with it since then. It really worth the price.

Just received the laptop a few weeks ago. My only concern is the bloat that comes loaded on the laptop. Even though it was brand new, the disk was spinning at near 100%. I removed some of the bloatware and it is smooth sailing for now! For such a good price, this is a great entry level laptop! Great finish and nice looking too!

This is a very easy to operate laptop.The graphics are clear.These 2 things mean a lot to someone 64 years old.

I am impressed with HP's quality of laptops lately. At one time I wouldn't have wanted an HP, but now it is high on my list.

Hard to set up Great when set up 2 sided feature use great. Wonderful. Print quality

This computer is fairly slow, but for the price, it's great if you just need a basic computer for browsing, email, social media, etc. It's pretty decent for watching videos and shows. There is sometimes a considerable lag, but all in all it's been a pretty great computer, and by far the best "cheap" computer I've had.

This laptop does everything that is expected of it, and does it well. I have no complaints after using it for only one week.

Great laptop. It works without any problem! It is fast and it is easy to carry around. Also, the battery lasts for a while, which makes it more efficient to work on.

My daughter got this laptop for Christmas she loves it. Mouse has right and left click pads which make doing school easier.
