I love my new laptop. I have no issues with it. It has a perfect design, it's not too heavy, clear resolution, and fits me just right.

Daughter needed Windows based computer for military and did not want to use or travel with her macbookpro. This one does every thing needed and was a cost effective choice.

I bought this for my son and he loves it, he's doing his homework on it and downloading a lot of music. I recommend this to my sister so she could buy her daughter one also.

Good computer for basic use at home or if you are a student

I bought this laptop on sale. It was for my wife, who is a classic "email, web surfing, some streaming and not much more" user. It set up well, is doing everything it needs to do. It's not for any type of power user, but at $230 it has all the horsepower it needs. I'm an HP fan.

I really like the size. It is smaller than my last computer, but not super small. Easy to view .

It's a very good laptop for my needs, which is mostly a way to check information online or type stuff up when I'm not near my desktop. I think this will serve me well for a long time. However the floor model on display was the touch screen model but I got sold the non touch screen and honestly after confirming the serial numbers on the receipts and everything after a week of trying to "turn the touch screen on" it wasn't worth the time and effort to fix. If you need to order because they don't have it in stock at store, be sure to triple check everything. Sometimes doublechecking isn't enough. It's a good laptop though. Very good for my needs and nice and light and cool. I perhaps should have gone for one with light up keys though. Oh well.

My husband owns his own business, he needed something easy to operate and a screen big enough to see! This was perfect it has everything he needed and the price was great!!

I bought this laptop for school, but it would not load all webpages correctly and it was fairly slow so I returned it. If you're looking for a basic laptop to browse the web without being in a rush then this will work, but for a college student I would say go for something faster.

seems slow, have called hp 2 times, don't care for windows 10

Its a great product for school and home use. Windows 10 has difficulty allowing windows media player but great on all other aspects.

It's a little slow but it does everything I bought it to do.

I personally did not use this product, but my customer that won the door prize was very happy
