It's a good computer the only downside is I've found some others with the same specs for less.

First few days went OK. But then I started seeing it lock up on the password page and or the start page. I have had to hard restart it 4 times since I have owned it. That makes me wonder if your geek squad was able to do a full reset. ??? I am worried but hope it lasts.

I brought this on sale. Just a basic laptop. If you are just surfing the web or doing email or light work, this is for you. It does lag some and it is not the latest screen specs, but for $200, you can't beat it.

This computer is fast has good graphics and provides hours of entertainment for my grandson!

No complaints - worked great out of the box! This was for my daughter, and it works well for her- sufficient performance, light enough for her to carry around, and more than enough battery charge to last her. Works great.

I was looking for a red laptop n did see one but was on a budget n couldn't afford the extra. Kept on searching n came across this black beauty n fell inlove, its cute, sleek n very light. If ur not a D.J which stores alot of music on their laptops lol, this is a good choice. I had a laptop before i didn't wanna take anywhere because it was so heavy. I travel for work n with this am more than happy.

My laptop had finally given up on me so I had no choice but to buy a new one. I did not want to pay that much money but I wanted a good size laptop with a cd drive. I found this for a good price, works well sometimes slow with startup but it's worth it for the price.

Has met my expectations of this level laptop so far. Bought for travel, not as primary PC.

when it comes to something as important as selecting a computer I have to go with best buy.

This laptop is good enough for $200, easy enough to upgrade ram and hard drive. Pop in an additional 4GB of ram and SSD, it's good to go.
