Computer is okay for the price. I just bought for my basic computer needs

Great computer! Easy to use. Just had a little difficulty adjusting to Windows 10, but I finally got the hang of it. I love that you can download apps for it just like you can on a smartphone!

This is not the highest quality computer, from a power standpoint, but it's still an amazing machine for the money.

We purchased this laptop for a work computer. It has done a great job with what I need it to do. I love that it has the number pad, that is the best thing to have if you have to work a lot of numbers. I love that it has 3 USB ports to use and the battery has a good life. The only problem I have had with it is when I try to type sometimes it will disappear or go somewhere I don't want it to go. The "mouse pad" is extremely sensitive since it is smooth and right where you have to go across to type. I use an external mouse, because it is easier for me with what I have to do. Overall it is a good computer and I would recommend it to anyone.

I really don't have any complaints about the computer itself as I've had HP laptops in the past. I must admit, I had to get use to Windows 10, and after a month its easier. I do not like the fact that I have to purchase Office 365 in order to have Outlook, Word and Excel. In the past, I had Works and it was free. All my files are in Works. Either I purchase it or lose all my files from years past. I did purchase a year of Geek protection, and within the first week of using my computer, it paid for the protection. Geek is so great online ....

it has a dvd port and I hooked up a wireless mouse. all is working well.

The computer arrived in good condition before scheduled which was great! Works well and completes all basic functions quickly. The pre-installed Windows 10 is more adaptable than 8.Although, it has alot of updates. So, be sure not to keep it on automatic updates or you could be without its use for hours! The computer is lightweight and compact which makes it easy to travel with. Overall, I like it, just wish it had a higher resolution, but for the price I cannot complain.

Great starter computer for my son. He is 9 and he got the computer for Christmas.

for the price i got this laptop for, i'm pretty happy. The specs on this laptop is good enough for normal day to day work and it's big enough for watching movies. I would've bought this even if it was around $350 but thankfully it wasn't.

Bought for my cousin who started university in S.A. She does note taking and Web surfing. Don't think gaming, but very happy with start up speed. Laptops now are over priced.

This was purchase to bring my fiance and his business up to speed. He is currently using a program and system that is so outdated I am most sure how it is still running. Very happy with the user friendly features and overall performance.

Basic no-frills PC at the right price. Perfect laptop for taking care of homework and bills at night. Well built, very light, highly portable.

This is a god laptop for the price, its not for gaming but great for internet, facebook and e-mail as well as word processing applications.

My daughter has stated that she has had no problems from the laptop so I am satisfied with the purchase.

Laptop does everything I need. Speed is fine. Picture is very clear. Did need to buy a mouse and pad as the keyboard was diificultThis to use. I like the laptop so much I went back the next day and bought another one for my daughter.

I gave 4 stars because there was an issue with the computer after the HP automatic update. It started lagging a lot and I had to reset it to the factory setting. I then upgraded to Windows 10 and reinstalled all the drivers from hp.com/drivers and it is now running perfect.

Bought this for my 83 year old father. He needed something to connect to the internet so send/receive email, review retirement investments and run Quicken. Very easy to use, great HD capacity and fast startup. Perfect for general use.

Looking for an inexpensive laptop for an elderly person. A system for email, and web browsing for the most part. System seems to be working fine, couple little glitches, nothing that a restart couldn't resolve. Very basic computer, but for sub $200, an HP brand, happy with it for the price.
