The HP notebook was very easy to bring up and begin using. Has full features, plenty of disk and main memory for apps. The Windows 10 OS seems to be a bonus so far. The price point was very affordable for the value received.

Was looking for an inexpensive laptop for basic email and internet activities. Geek Squad checked the machine out and added requested software in less than 24 hours so my son could take it back to Alaska with him on his flight the following day. When he turned it on to check it out prior prior to heading to the airport everything worked perfectly.

I just needed a laptop for my fiancé to use on his deployment. For what we paid this product has worked great! Just used for simple gaming, basic Internet, and watching movies.

I'm fine with the product but I am very disappointed in the customer service. I called because they charged my credit card and took my money out of my account and then 2 weeks later denied my transaction and ended up taking the money out as if the transaction never happened in my account. Then one week later you guys fooled around with my order and took the money out again making it look like I was charged twice. Customer serice couldn't tell me anything and then refused to give me to a manager. Not hapot and I'm sure no one will do anything about it. Very pathetic. Not the first time I've had issues with best buy before.

My last PC was running Windows 7 so I have to admit there was a little bit of a learning curve when starting out with Windows 10. Overall a nice basic PC for my usage.

HATED IT at first. Now I'm actually pretty impressed. Need a new laptop as I accidentally shattered screen on my old one. Likes - Price - Has DVD burner - Handles my very basic vid editing needs with Power Director (using Roxio Easy VHS to DVD 3 bundle). - Just pretty decent overall ... AFTER switching off Edge to Chrome for we browsing. Note: Edge is why I hated it. Browsing eBay searches/auctions was unbearable. Edge is just utter garbage. Once I switch to Chrome, it was smooth sailing. Dislikes - No bluetooth. But I bought an adapter for like $6. - Edge web browser sucks. See above. Corrected with Chrome. - Left mouse button doesn't always seem as responsive as I'd like. Could be me getting used to new laptop though. - It's thin enough that I sometimes struggle to open it. LOL. Small gripe. Positives far outweigh the negatives. In the end, I'm pretty darn happy after initially wanting to return it.

I bought this laptop for my daughter who's in grade 5 so that she can complete her assignments on time....It's really good and price wise also a good deal to start off with. Only problem is that the mouse pad is a little hard..... I guess with time it'll become soft

I got this for my daughter for Xmas. Upon first use we noticed the speakers were blown, I returned the computer with no problems what so ever. We chose the same computer, and the new one works as expected.

In the sense that she paid for it. She's been out of school five years and we bought her a Mac at the beginning of her college career, so you do the math. She called me up one day asking for advice about getting a Chromebook. After looking at the options on line, this product seemed to fit the bill. For the same price she would have spent for a good quality Chromebook, $250, she got this good quality laptop on sale. It fills her needs, she can pretend it's a Chromebook if she likes, and also store music and photos on it if she wants to. Great deal, easy purchase, excellent product.

If you are lookIng for an inexpensive computer that will do what you need when it comes to surfing the web, this is a good choice. Not a ton of bells and whistles, but for the price, hard to beat it.

This is a an excellent basic computer at a great price. Nothing fancy, but everything I needed: large screen, number pad, Windows 10. Couldn't beat the price.

Just getting it set up not used to Windows 10 and don't like it so far. Doesn't seem to be as user friendly. The price was right. It was a gift to my mother and I thought it would be easy for her to use as she is not to up on computers, I guess we will see.

affordable, fast, battery life is great. Not a big fan of Windows 10 but otherwise this a nice laptop.

I bought this laptop for my younger brother who is a freshman in college. It has worked really great so far. Has no problems whatsoever downloading all the software programs he needs for his classes. Not to mention all of this for a really low price.

I bought this offer in a weekly ad. Excellent price-quality! Nice computer. Excellent to surf the web and see pictures and videos. Not for video editing that´s clear. But it is a good machine.

Found exactly what I was looking for. I needed a computer to complete and submit school work, surf the internet without it dragging to load pages, a webcam, decent processor speed and decent battery life( 4 hours before having to charge). This computer has met all the expectations I had. I was caught up on being AMD instead of Intel and when I talked to the sales associate, I found out this AMD is just as fast as an Intel i5, which is what I wanted to begin with, processor wise. Putting the computer into power saver mode, the computer can last close to 6 hours, continuously listening to music, checking email and surfing the internet and a little over 4 without power saving turned on. Loads pages pretty quickly. I'm more than satisfied with my purchase and very thankful I happened to see the last one in the store since the one I bought was not on display even though there was a place for it.

The computer itself is good for the price. The keyboard so far has been the only complaint. The keys seem unusually small and shifted slightly to the left. The trackpad is not very sensitive.

My husband had been looking for a good, inexpensive laptop and did extensive research before deciding on this HP. I purchased iit online as I had recently had surgery and was in a cast. It was shipped promptly and packaging was great. This is a laptop which he is using to prepare educational lectures, but it is light enough that we plan to take it when traveling.

I just needed a laptop for my son to be able to do his homework and for me to occasionally check emails. This was worth the money, no complaints.
