It's not a bad computer for an entry level one. I don't like the Windows10 operating system that comes standard with the computer. I will be changing that back to Windows7 due to all the privacy concerns and the fact that Windows, in exchange for giving away all those copies of Windows10, has opened up your computer to all sorts of companies and people for advertising. They track your surfing from the moment you sign on. Don't care for that one bit.

The HP laptop being reviewed has not been faultless. However, the price makes up for it. The build quality is not the best, plastics are cheap, the trackpad buttons are cheap and the keyboard doesnt have the feedback. However, it makes up for speed of processing, hard drive speed and screen clarity. Its not easy to upgrade. I attempted to do upgrade of the memory. It is a royal PITA. HP has been building these new laptops that require you to take apart the entire thing to get to the ram slots. Forget about HDD upgrade, that is also a pain in the rear. As these things have gotten cheap enough to just throw away, the environmentalist in me says, they should allow for user upgrades. I do not like this new all in one design where you cant access the hard drives or the memory without ease.. oh HP.

Live the laptop and the price is good. I will recommend this to everyone

perfect machine and perfect condition, and the people excellent too!!!!

The computer was easy to set up but I have some difficulty with it's use. It was difficult to get used to the touch pad which is much different than that of my older HP and my daughter's Dell. After three days I considered returning it for the aforementioned reason but decided that I could/would get used to the touch pad. I hope that I am correct in my assumption.

Wasn't that good for my to have it as a backup laptop because I hair a MacBook but if you need it to just do some school work it's great for that
