Windows 10 ..not a big fan. key pad could be a little more forgiving. Got to really push on them.

I was feeling the need for a long period of time by using an older laptop replacement laptop. Given the notebook offers a good price at Best Buy among Then I'm glad I can buy at a good price. It seems to be an excellent purchase.

We placed an order for the camera diak that we like and they arrived to our home before our vacation as promosed. The disk are top quality and normaly hard to find. The price was competative and we are satisfied with our purchase.

Good laptop for basic web searching, keeping files and documents.

This fits right into my computer needs. I did not want an expensive one that becomes outdated within a year so this was the perfect price and does everything I need it to do.

It does what it's suppose to, but is very slow in certain areas...not sure if it's the internet or the laptop, although with my last laptop I didn't have that problem. I also don't like the fact that Microsoft office doesn't come free anymore. But if you're just looking for something to search the web and email than it's great. But playing games no.

Tons of features that laptops in same price range didn't have. I'm totally satisfied after being a MacPro user for 10+ years. I needed something larger and less expensive to tote back and forth to work. My money was well spent.

The laptop works great, is fast (not blazing fast), and decent. It kinda has the cheap feel to it, the casing seemed to b a grease or sweat magnet. I use my laptop mainly for browsing n you tube. The price for this product was very reasonable. I expect to have this last me for at least 3 or 4 years before replacing it. I love HP laptops.
