Good computer for emails and internet surfing!!!!!

This is an excellent laptop for a first time user.

Is good for a beginner for a child that is a elementary school it works a little slow but it does what it needs to do

When I reviewed this laptop, a list of additional items popped up below. Including the Office 365l giving the impression that I needed to purchase this separately. So I did. Then, when the computer arrived, the first thing I did was to install the additional Office 365, Then I found out that the computer already came with Office 365l and I just spent the additional $40.00 for no reason.

compared with other computers，this one is very good one with much cheap price！

Bought this on sale at Best Buy store for $199.99 (!) after looking online. Have had for about 2 weeks now and it works great. I was able to install Office 2007 (on the 4th try), so happy about that.

It's great,and It wasnt that expensive,pretty much a good laptop to start with.

Good value for the money. if you need a basic laptop this one is a great value

The speaker is too low; when I watch a movie I have to use close-captioning.

Got for mother. Good system for someone who doesn't know a lot about computers. Large screen and easy to navigate.

This is a nice laptop. A really good deal for the price and does what I need.

I can't even connect a printer to it it keeps closing everything out on its own it's majorly slow even when we first turned it on it was slow went to add a new user well you can't cause the new user would be Windows 7 and this is Windows 10 so it's not compatible and this was latterly the worst money I ever spent

Bought this laptop for my elderly mother. Ended up returning it due to the fact she could not see the display very well. This had nothing to do with the machine as she needs a 24" or larger monitor, so no laptop would work for her. While setting it up and getting it ready for her, I had no complaints. Was a basic laptop and not super speedy, but great little laptop for the price.

I'm no computer wiz so I'm only looking for the basics... I'm a doctoral student and needed something quick to run some research software on. This did the job and I haven't had any issues. Speed is probably average, but for the price it had the extra things I needed that the now popular netbooks don't.

Wish it had bluetooth built-in. Keyboard too dark to see without added light.

This is an awesome computer for the money paid. Glad we made the purchase.

Nothing flashy about it but it works great and Win 10 is so much better than previous versions. Great value.
