the experience is pretty I got good product with good price

Great bargain for the beginning computer user and the person whose computer needs are minimal.

Needed PC for school work. This has it all for a good price.

Nice laptop for the money but battery life is not very good.

The computer is a great value for the overall cost of it. If planning to add additional RAM once purchased, may want to consider it is not as easy to do as most laptops and this model has the RAM compartment listed as not customer accessible in the documentation for this model.

This is my 2nd HP purchase. Bought the first laptop for myself a few years ago (since I uses a HP laptop at work). Have had no problems. I bought the current HP laptop for my teen daughter. She loves it. Looking forward to her taking it to college and beyond.

When I needed a laptop to supplement an office desktop this one drew my attention. It works well with Windows 10. I was disappointed that it does not support the new 5.0 wireless without a USB adapter. I resolved this by installing a Belkin adapter I had purchased from Best Buy several years ago. The laptop now works on 2.4 and 5.0.

This is a good product and reasonable price very useful

While traveling my laptop (Toshiba vista) crashed and I needed something in a hurry. At first was not that thrilled with this purchase (HP WINDOWS 10). But now that I'm home and had time to actually use it I'm finding that it works a lot better than my husband's windows 8. So now he's upgraded his to windows 10. Does what I need it to do.

So far so good it is working properly I have no complaints.

I love it and I think is one of the best laptop computer I ever had. It is the right size on the screen and the durable material is awesome because when the kids use it I am not worried about them damage it. Thank you.

It's an ok unit. Not impressed with Windows 10. Pretty economical. You get what you pay for.

This lap top I got on sale, it's perfect for my family of 4. We watch Netflix on it and plug it to the TV, I pay bills, surf the net, and my middle schoolers write papers. We don't need top of the line things. This one works just fine.

Bought this laptop to use at home, face time and because it had 10-key pad. I didn't have it not even 2 months and it locked up on me. Took it to BB and their geek squad working on it. Supposedly it is hardware or bad part issue. So disappointed. I was shocked that store will not replace unless you bring it back within 15 days ... What?!?

I purchased this laptop about 4 years ago and it's still running! Had to replace the battery (which is expected after a year or two), but it still holds up as an everyday laptop for web surfing, paying bills, etc..

Good buy for the money - not fancy but very serviceable.

Good computer for the price! I have not had any problems.

Still getting the hang of Windows 10, not as easy as I'd read. While other reviews said it was a breeze, coming from Windows Vista it hasn't been as easy a transition as I'd hoped. I guess if you are coming from a Windows 7 or 8, it's much easier than mine. Overall I'm very impressed and still learning my new system and it's abilities.

Can be slow at times but may be due to internet not sure.

Gets the job done. Would not cost a fotune. Good battery
