It's ok

However, within the first 6 months the speakers have seem to have blown (and the volume has never been up loud). It's unfortunate and makes me question purchasing any more products.

This computer only works if youre just browsing the internet and going on websites for a little bit. The battery life is pathetic. It works though, I hardly use it until I need it.

SPEND MONEY ELSEWHERE

It's not user friendly at all, the battery life sucks, and I'm not a fan of the number pad on the side of the keyboard. I bought it because it was the cheapest one I could find and boy did that bite me right in the butt. I wish I spent the extra hundred on a better computer.

Great Laptop

This new windows 10 and the way things are grouped on the screen automatically. Lol, but I'm learning and I'm enjoying my laptop, it's great for wat I need and do. Thank you.

But I must commend Best Buy, even though I did not buy the warranty and was over the 2 week deadline for returns. They refunded me my money for the lemon and I was able to get another laptop, which I am happy with.
