I bought this laptop and looks good in design. But this lacks in plastic quality.

This HP laptop is a great product for the price range it is in. I first bought two of them. One for my wife and one for on of my granddaughters. My granddaughter said it is perfect her in high school. My wife doesn't use a computer much and she is very happy using this one. Then I bought one for myself because of them being happy with theirs. This one I just bought is for my 8 year old granddaughter. It is her 1st computer and is doing great with it.

I purchased this laptop to be used for general use. It works admirably to fulfill that role. I did not need a high power gaming or editing device, just something to keep Office documents and with the subscription to Office365 it works very well.

This computer is extremely slow. It takes a good 5-10 minutes to completely start up and forever to load websites/programs. I only use it for schoolwork and email, and if you are going to use it for anything else I would not recommend it!

I bought this laptop in addition to a new all-in-one desktop. I wanted to have the mobility of the laptop, rather than to sit at a desk all the time. I like this little HP laptop. It isn't the most powerful model, but it works just fine for me.

The laptop is good for general purposes such as web surfing and word processing. My wife is currently using the laptop and does not have any serious complaints about it. But honestly I don't like the softwares that HP pre-installed in the PC.

The computer works ok, its a bit slow at times. For the money its a decent laptop. If it would have come with office maybe another star due to features. The quad 4 runs more like a core duo. Im not disappointed at all, I think I got what I paid for.

Great Laptop. Gets things done, from work to school. Love it would recommend to anyone who needs work done!

Pros: This is a great starter computer. With easy basic settings. Cons: The keys get sticky at times, it is also hard to maneuver the mouse. I'm so glad i chose the warranty for this product.

My daughter does some gaming on the weekends and regularly uses her computer for school work. So far it has been what she needs without all the hassle her computer before this one was giving her.

This laptop is great for basic computer necessities. It is fairly easy to use and is durable. Good quality for the price.

Love the feel and texture and 10-key pad. But it runs slow. Called HP and it picked up a bit. Don't care too much for Cortana. I guess because I don't know what it really does and it doesn't recognize what I am saying. It's getting things done.

Works well for documents and surfing. It does slow down after an hour or two.

I bought this for my wife in a work related emergency. It worked out just great once I got MS Office installed so she could do a PP presentation for her audience. That went without a hitch so my purchase of this laptop is based on that alone and as we all know, "Happy Wife = Happy Life!"

This laptop is perfect for average users. Great bang for buck. Everything you need at an affordable price.

This was my first experience with Windows 10 and this computer made it easy to understand. It handles all my needs and has great graphics and sound.

I love my new laptop, the screen is crystal clear, the surface of the keyboard never shows finger prints. I am learning Windows 10. IT IS ALL GOOD!

Good computer for day-to-day functions, online browsing/ shopping, and more. Also used for online streaming of videos for educational reasons and runs perfect. Streams Netflix and Amazon Prime well at HD quality. After 6 months no issues at all. Love how small and lightweight it is. Great value!!!

Nice laptop doesn't give me any problems very easy to use & the size is just perfect I recommend this laptop to anyone especially if your in school
