For a sub $250 laptop, this is a great laptop. I purchased it for my son who uses it for homework, Netflix, World of Warcraft, and composing music.

Its light weight and does as i expected it. Its honestly better then a lot of laptops with the amount bloatware. I atually find whats installed to be functional and very useful. Its fast enough to surf the web and office. Its perfect weight for travel and battery life seems great as well. Very pleased.

Got this on sale and it rocks, the computer is very sound and has win10.

I bought this laptop for my mother for Christmas. She absolutely loves it. She uses it for facebook, e-mail, skype, and browsing the internet. It's very user friendly and she's able to use it without my assistance. Glad that I purchased during the holiday season because I was to get a great deal on it.

This laptop looks great and has a great picture, the first thing that I did was watch Hulu on it when I brought it home. It's a great computer for that and that's about it. The processor couldn't keep up with my typing, it couldn't even keep up with my sons chicken pecking. After typing about 3 letters the computer would freeze for a second and then continue but didn't catch the letters typed while frozen. I looked down and realized everything I had just typed in an email was just a jumble of letters. Returned after making an appointment with the Geek squad to see why the laptop was acting up and was told "that is just the reality of this laptop and the processor inside"

The staff at BB is excellent. I told the head of the department my laptop had quit and Geek Squad could not fix. I also told him I was living on social security and could afford a minimum priced laptop. He called over a person who worked in the computer department. He suggested an open box laptop, retrieved one out of a locked area, and then went over its features. I am 73 and need a little more time making up my mind. I have never been treated better anywhere. My new laptop is great, both staff members treated my with respect and kindness .

I feel it is too soon to tell, but the laptop was easy to set up and it has been operating quite well, If it id half as good as my Acer that it replaced, I'll be happy. My Acer is 10 yrs old and still working, but I know it is just a matter of time before it dies, and I didn't want to lose my info.

I bought this laptop on sale for $199 and it's awesome. No issues so far and I've gotten so much use out of it in such a short amount of time.

I'm extremely happy with this purchase. It's sleek, lightweight yet sturdy, and operates quietly. Lots of memory and disk space for the price!!

Honestly I do not love this product. It is slow to start up. Constantly slow and I have hi speed Internet connection. Just need it for online classes and sometimes frustrating. But a good beginner laptop for someone who needs "the basics"

Worst computer I ever bought ! I guess the saying is true you get what you pay for was cheap so caught my eye but the computer is sooooo slow even just to open up an application takes forever I really disliked it took it back right away!

Bought this unit for my 72 year old mother so she can read conspiracy theory blog posts. She loves it, especially after I told her that I installed a special chip that keeps the government from knowing what sites she is visiting.

This is my fist laptop and I purchased it to do one thing... run power point slide shows for our music. It's lightweight and easy to operate.

Gives me everything I need to get my work done off site... Highly recommend to anyone looking for a competitive low price laptop on the go.

I normally use Macs/ Apple Computers but needed a PC for this embroidery software. We needed up getting this HP and for the money its pretty good. Fast, Reliable and Great Screen. I hate PC trackpads and this doesn't help. Im always hitting the right click side but aside from that its good.

This is the best laptop for the price I got it for was a steal would'nt trade this for anything.
