Needed a new computer in order to run video editing software, as my old desktop was in dire need of updating/replacement. This model handles the job easily. The touch screen model was the same price as the one without, so it was a no-brainer to pick that one. Very glad I bought it.

we just use this for the basic web-browsing and emailing and it is fine. especially if you get it for the price we got it for. under $200

I bought the laptop for school and personal use. I love it! So light in weight and easy to use.

This laptop performs very well for the price. The entire Microsoft Office suite runs well. Basic email and browsing functions work quickly and seamlessly. The only thing it doesn't do well from my experience is switch quickly to closer access points on my home network. Despite modifying the roaming aggressiveness setting, this computer usually stays connected to a more remote access point for half an hour or more before switching. This probably won't be an issue for most users since most home networks have just one access point.

Took awhile to get the screen to light up (we thought it was just cold). It finally did, then when adjusted for better viewing angle, it went black again, and that was that. Had to return it for refund because the seller does not offer repair; we would have had to pay to have it repaired ourselves. After spending $345, we chose not to. Won't buy refurbished again, at least not from this after market company.

Great starter computer, real easy to work on. Got this computer for my daughter. she loves it.

You have to really look hard to find a laptop with a large memory and a decent processor- and a DVd read write built in for a budget price. This one does it all in an attractive package with great graphics. Highly recommend.

This laptop is a windows 10, has HD display visual, DVD insertion and is an average sized. Nice size for my living room/ office space.

This laptop is a basic unit and is a good value for the price, I like the fact that it has a numeric keypad, and a nice large display. It came with Windows 10 installed, which is not my favorite version, however I have become used to it and tweaked it a little to suit my preferences.

I love HP products. This laptop was good but, I did experience some kinks in the beginning. I do love that it was easy to install my printer and other necessary software. Perfect for a high school or college student. Must keep it on the charger. Still, I am satisfied with my product.

I purchased this laptop because our desktop computer was just falling apart. This laptop gets the job done at a nice affordable price.

Computer is not fast, at times hangs, but just ok with this price. Ok for using ms office for kids. But don't expect anymore from it.

Its a good machine so far. I wish it had bluetooth but oh well.
