Not a bad purchase for $169+tax (blackfriday price). In fact it is a very good purchase and it is a very good deal for me cuz all I needed is internet, youtube, movie streaming, and apple music. Got the 500GB HDD swap to a SSD, now from cold boot to ready to use takes only 15 seconds.

Before I got this laptop, I read a lot of reviews. Some reviews didn't sound good, but the majority did, so I tried it. I'm so glad I did. I haven't had any problem with it. While it does feel cheaply made, that's ok for me since it works for my needs. It is a good starter laptop or for someone on a budget.

I bought this laptop because I was going to travel, and didn't want to take or risk losing my main workhorse. What sold me on this laptop was the sale price. I got a 15" screen and a full keyboard, and descent Ram and speed for around $200! I always carry a USB SD Backup drive on me, so the 500 Megs HD was not a problem. I scored it a 3 out of 5, because the laptop is slow, and the touchpad is fidgety. I connected a USB mouse which made a world of difference. One more point this the battery life, there's not much to count on, it drains fast! In summary, it did the job I needed it to do for a very low price!

Purchased this for my husband and he loves it. its nothing fancy but it gets the job done.

Got this laptop during Christmas time on sale. No issues at all. Basic laptop but with all the bells and whistles.

We have now purchased 3 of these. For online work they are great. For the price its hard to beat! Very pleased!

The computer is big enough to see everything but small enough to not get in the way & become a hassle! It's clear resolution & fast speed! The only issues I have is when I open the start menu all the icons are unnecessary!

I would recommend this product to someone who does basic wordprocessing, Internet searches, and doesn't need to use it for a lot of graphic work. The only issue I have had with this computer is that the wi-Fi card has twice stopped working. It's a simple fix but is annoying.

This is the second laptop we have purchased. The first was also a Toshiba. We had it for 7 years without a single issue ever coming up! We upgraded the software twice with no problems. The only reason we brought a new one: the motherboard finally died. But, we are not complaining. It was used almost every day for 7 years. I cannot add up the total number of hours it was used, and accidentally left on and running all night and day. Hope this one is as problem free.

For the cost, it certainly is everything you are looking for when it comes to browsing and everyday functionality.
