Easy to use. Simple. Perfect size. Great memory installed in the computer

When I purchased this laptop, my thoughts weren't about keeping a thousand tabs open and running really intense processes and programs. It was about school, having a few Chrome tabs open, edit a video once in a while. Review webinars and modules. Easy stuff. Right now I have nothing open on my task bar besides this Chrome browser and a folder and it took me probably 20 years to start the laptop, unlock, go to Chrome, look at a quick social media comment, and navigate here. I even tried to open the Microsoft Store to search for a video editing app and waiting for that to open and allow me to search caused a chin hair to sprout. I have no music saved to the computer, very few photos. I have not installed any programs, if anything I keep finding random games or Priceline.com and Netfix in my Start menu that I constantly try to get rid of because this thing runs slower than a sloth. My expectations weren't even that high, and this laptop runs like it is 100 years old. I purchased in April 2017 and have hardly used it because it seems to have been this way from the beginning. What sucks is I really like the size, the weight, they keyboard and the monitor screen. Everything else is fine, but the speed at which this thing moves gives me unwanted wrinkles and grey hair. I now drink because of the stress of using this thing. I used to be so sweet, bubbly, eyes wide open. Now I am the pathetic shell of a person who refuses to learn to love a laptop ever again because of this failed relationship. Would not recommend unless you are retired and need something to help waste your time throughout the day. Grey hairs included with this product.

I'm very happy with this laptop. It's fast , has plenty of ram and storage.

This laptop is lightweight and compact. The keys are conveniently placed and are large enough for folks with oversized fingers to use comfortably. The only bad thing is that the basic programming that comes already loaded onto the laptop takes up a lot of space and cannot be deleted if you don't use a particular program. Overall, a great laptop at a reasonable price.

laptop great for my minimal needs and my first one. I not a pro at the computer world but this is easy to use. love the screen size. its not to heavy. I rated it GOOD cause nothing is perfect. but it is a great laptop.

I was looking for a laptop during the Black Friday sales but due to limited quantities available I was unable to purchase one at that time. I'm glad it worked out that way as this HP Laptop went on sale just after Christmas and was actually at a better price than most Black Friday deals. To date it has performed well and is everything I wanted is a price point laptop.

I use this as my laptop for non streaming only and it works great use it for business purposes and it works far better than I thought it would. Super fast and I am getting used to Windows 10 well worth the money.

I got this laptop as a black friday deal. I was thinking how good can it be. When I got the item I was shocked that it was really nice. It was bigger than what I was expecting and it works great. I'm glad I got it.

I bought this as a gift and got very good feedback from user. He is a freelancer journalist and was happy with the performance to his expectation. He did have one complain though, after 1 year of usage out of a mains socket, battery life is now minimal.

bought this so I could consolidate 3 old home pc's and 4 or 5 old phones worth of pictures, videos, documents etc. and I still have lots of room to add movies and make dvd's. for the cost it is a great performer.

I read several reviews and some said that this model of laptop was slow. I don't have any problems with the speed. No, it is not the top of the line and the best and fastest. It's a very good buy and if your needing to check email, shop online, surf, etc. this is great. If you need to you can upgrade the RAM to a larger capacity. I give this laptop a thumbs-up.

This is a perfect laptop for my needs. I had no idea what I was going to buy when I went to the store, but the very helpful sales person walked me through the details for my budget. This computer is very lightweight and quiet, which is such a difference from my last laptop. It comes with Windows 10, which I'm still figuring out, but is easy to learn. This laptop is not super fast, so I would not recommend for heavy usage. Also, I have MS Office 2007, and although Excel opens fast, Word is extremely slow and takes about 5 minutes to open a document. But all other programs and apps open fast. I purchased this laptop a few months ago, so I have had time to use and review it. Overall, great laptop for the price.

Needed a replacement laptop for one from 8 years ago. This one has the space, screen size I need along with being lightweight and having the needed port types I think I'll get good usage for a while out it.

Great size easy to use sound case good weight bought for 10 year old

I bought the HP notebook for my son; he isn't an application power user so this computer offered ease of use. He loves the graphics and speed - two very important things for the average 20(something) year old.

This laptop provides the essentials that your HS or entry level college student needs to work on their assignments. Still must purchase MS Office separately though. Very inexpensive for what student needs.

I don’t use this much but when I do it is the perfect size and weight. I have had it for some months and I have not had any issues.

Bought this laptop during the Thanksgiving/Black Friday sales and I must say it was a steal! The price was $190 plus tax. This is the perfect laptop to do simple things such as surfing the web, Microsoft Word, Netflix, etc. It's not touchscreen! One reviewer said it was and even though I knew it wasn't I tried it to confirm that it's not lol. Only negative and also the reason why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is it does starts up a lil slowly but other than that, it's nice!
