Great lap top and great customer service

Hp was no help but Best Buy stepped up and replaced it free of charge. Great experience and wonderful customer service. Hp could learn from Best Buy. Will not buy Hp. But will buy from Best Buy!

Great, especially for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Replaced my 10 year old $1200 laptop which was stuck with XP due to lack of memory. It started shutting down all by itself. This HP, after 3 weeks or so seems to be working out very well. Set up was easy. Had a few problems installing Comcast's version of Norton but a Norton tech worked on it for a while and it's all good now. Don't care for the power cord connection as it likely will be the first thing to go, it's a pretty big design flaw.

I had not bought a laptop in 7 years, so a lot has changed. But I am sincerely happy about the capabilities of this computer. I have a business and this is perfect for my needs.

Best bang for the bucks

My asus had died an i needed to replace it because I need a laptop to keep up with my daily lifestyle, so it had to be book bag friendly and allow me to work on the go. This laptop keeps me on top of my game
