Nice Laptop for everyday use. I picked it up on sale for $229.99. Not for gaming, but can handle almost everything else. If you are in the market for an all around basic laptop, this fits the bill well

If you are looking for an inexpensive laptop for basic computing needs, you cannot go wrong with this one. Or upgrade to the next model up for more memory and processing speed. Both are excellent choices.

Bought two laptops for my daughters. They love them. Added 4GB of RAM for a total of 8GB. The CPU speed is between and I3 and an I5. Missed the black Friday sale but caught a flash sale a few weeks later.

For the price I paid for it is worth it. If you only do web browsing and word processing the computer handles wonderfully. But if you are doing video editing or converting this laptop is not for you.

I'm in college and needed an inexpensive laptop and found this one. It's great since it has 500gb of storage and CD drive which most laptops these days don't come with one. The computer itself is pretty fast and haven't had any problems. The keys and touch pad feel very responsive. Great inexpensive laptop that can do the job.

I really like the slender look and feel of the laptop. It has a nice big screen that is clear and easy on the eye. The keyboard is easy to use. The only thing I don't like is the on and off button. It doesn't light up so I can't tell when I press it that it has turned the computer on or not. It is also has a light touch so I have often pressed to hard and turned it on and off at the same time. It is a little sensitive. Other than that it is great for the low price I paid. If your looking for something inexpensive but dependable I recommend this laptop.

this laptop is light weight, slim, and has a good look. The display is good and the touchpad is very large which is nice when using it to navigate

The laptop is fairly straightforward to set up and to use. Fast processor and good memory. It is ideal for general use - emails, movies, word processing, etc. Not sure about gaming. Good purchase.

Love hp laptop, very fast, nice size screen and very light

Just for the simple use. No need to be a high spec PC. 15.6 inch, 10 keys and the price, these are the reason why I picked this one. Working OK.

My niece needed a laptop for school for basic schoolwork. This way gets that job done for her. It's not too heavy so she can carry it to school. It's not a monster rig but it's right for what she needs and you can't beat the price. Pretty perfect for a student on a budget that doesn't have very high requirements as far as specs.

I bought this laptop for a single purpose, to monitor a security camera (Logitech), which will no longer work with my iMac. The laptop works well for this. I don't use it for anything else. Seems fairly fast, no problems, however I have one comment. The display is washed out in comparison to my daughter's five year old Sony Viao. The viewing angle has to be pretty much straight on, which is very annoying. Even shifting 15 degrees away from perpendicular washes out the view. I don't have a problem with that, but if you're watching a movie with a friend on this laptop, you're going to have a problem with the viewing angle. But this laptop works great for me.

For a low sale price, it includes a big screen, decent processor, large hard drive and more than adequate memory. Keyboard keys are full size. Only includes a trial version of Office 365.

i love this laptop it has hdmi dvd/cd compartment has 3 usb ports ive had it almost a year now & have had no problems.It also came with a security cd to download the security anti-virus.I like the bigger screens so 15.6 inches is perfect & it also has a memory card slot & i got it at a very very good price

Easy to use, runs smoothly, good value for the money

So it's fair to say for the price paid it isn't a bad computer. It's a cheap enough computer to not break the bank but not expensive enough to handle anything amazing. My girlfriend got it for schoolwork for when she starts so hopefully it does that for her. I however take it once in awhile to play games. I can get some basic games by but once again, nothing fancy but I expected that. The main issue, an pretty sure this is a windows 10 issue, is a ton of my older PC games that are on disk that I tried to load just won't work properly. they won't open or anything no matter what troubleshooting I look up but once again, probably on windows.
