    I purchased this laptop so far so good after making a call to HP tech support to walk me thought to have it reimage the problem I was having it wouldn't connect to web pages problem was windows 10. Newer verson seems to be working fine.

    After reading reviews in this laptop, i was a bit hesitant in purchasing this unit. After owning it for a month, I have not had any problems with it. I use it for daily email, browse and watching movies on it. Happy with my purchase.
