Great for what we needed it for.

After reading reviews online and considering the budget we had to work with we settled on the HP Model #15-ba009dx. So far it has done everything we needed it to do. We've loaded the "Troopmaster" software on it and updated all our individual scouts and adults info. into "Troopmaster." Very pleased with this purchase so far.

HP Laptop......good, but not great

Granddaughter loves her new laptop

I wanted something she could use for school work as well as playing games, watching movies, etc. She has had it a couple of weeks now and it is everything she wanted. She stated the touch pad is not very sensitive and that she would get a wireless mouse for more intensive use, like school work, but for her use so far, she is a fan.

Not for a senior citizen

However, our grandmother got one too and it has been horrible. Technlogy is real good but granny needs to be reminded how to turn it on and work it.
