great entry level laptop

The AMD processor is powerful and Windows 10 is excellent.

Cheap, decent computer. Few problems

So far has been great, but the audio output is really low. Very small speakers. Also, very hard to upgrade and add additional memory RAM.

Great except for WiFi connectivity

It took 3 days to get it and within 24 hours of getting it home, I began to lose my Wi-Fi capabiity. I spoke with 3 different Geek Squad techs (some by chat, others who took over the computer). One phone tech had me download a program that she said would fix it, but at the end, I would have to pay $49 for it. Finally, I turned to my Cox tech solutions people, and after 2 rounds, they determined that I was losing my IP address and that the component installed was insufficient, so I purchased an adapter that slides into a USB port, and so far, all is good.

This laptop is great for surfing or simple tasks.

Great mid level PC

I primarily use it when I work from home or need to do work on the move. It works well with my company's remote access system. I'm pleased with my purchase.
