Awsome laptop for the price has the speed and the hardrice space I needed and the touch scree. Is a plus

Does a lot for the price. Fast, plenty of user memory and ROM. The i3 is perfect for general use and doesn't run hot, which was a problem with the laptop this is replacing. Touch screen works well, but I generally prefer a mouse so it hasn't gone through much testing. Overall, pleased with the purchase.

I bought this in 2017 for something to just fulfill basic needs to Microsoft office, resumes, applying for jobs etc when I moved in Los Angeles. It worked great for those things. It's now 3 years later and this laptop still runs fairly well. It's a bit slower now and I can't play games like the Sims on it as well as I would like but otherwise, it still works great. For the price, I really can't complain.

Look, for $200 if you buy the wrong laptop, you'll likely really regret it. With this one, you won't. Decent productivity machine that'll effectively let you do office work, browse the web, and watch videos online. For half the price of an iPad, you get an ACTUAL computer. Not a bad deal if you ask me.

No problems running office, internet browsing email. All I use it for along with running accounting program for home finances. Light weight, but battery life not good.

This laptop is meant for office productivity, internet browsing, video streaming, and music but not much else. The battery life is on average 2.5 hours with standard use

Great computer. Plays all my games and moves really fast. Its really lightweight. The charge lasts a good amount of tome and it doesnt take long to get a full charge.

Nice size, nice appearance, nice feel and processing power well below acceptable. Very disappointed with the computers performance upon delivery, so much so that additional RAM was ordered and installed no too long afterward. Went from 4 to 12 gigs of RAM with only modest improvement. I would say this computers Achilles heel is the AMD A6 processor. Aside from having to wait between commands the computer is pretty nice, if using for basic home needs this may just be the computer for you.

Bought for our daughter great starter computer.The price was awesome.Havent had any problems with it.

basic laptop although the upgrade to Windows 10 has passed Windows 8 still in more then enough to power and provide for this HP laptop streamline to set up and operate

I got this computer open box and 10% off also. It seems to be well built. Se was very easy. The AMD A6 processor was very quick.I was impressed with how well and quick it was. i used it for email, youtube, and other things. for the price I paid for it, this laptop blows away many other I have used.

Computer was purchased for an older adult who is returning to school. Says it is working well and she is delighted with the large screen and speed of this laptop.

Purchased for our college student to use. Sufficient amount of memory for studies and song archive. The AMD A6 chip processor keeps operation smooth and efficient.

Got this as a door buster because I needed a new laptop desperately. Has all the new stuff I needed.....faster and more storage...at a great price. So far, so good

I’ve had my laptop for over two years and it works amazingly. It’s more than enough storage for me, great connectivity to WIFI, I haven’t had any issues of it running slow and I can watch Hulu & Netflix from my computer. Battery lasts me a couple days usually.

Picked this out for my wife to replace an old laptop. Got it on sale for a great price. For someone who only needs a computer for basic use, such as surfing the web, emailing, storing photos, and office programs (Word, Excel), this laptop is perfectly capable of getting the job done. You won't be able to do any serious gaming or anything else that's graphics intensive (e.g. video editing). More than enough hard drive space for ample photo & video storage. 4GB of RAM allows for some multi-tasking. Clean off all of HP's usual bloat software. Overall, a good computer for general use.

My wife's old Dell was acting up: losing letters, slow, etc. Went online to look for additional capability, DRAM, graphics, ease of use...HP fit the bill when compared to others AND $253 price was a good value. She loves her computer...no problems, no lost mail, keys work properly, etc.
