I purchased with ADH warranty and it works great. The price was right, the feature is right and light weight. The fan went bad and ADH fixed it. The power cord went bad and ADH sent me replacement. Great lap top and service combination.

I enjoy my laptop it works pretty well. Its not the best but its highly recommend

Got this for my son for schoolwork and light gaming. Was very easy to setup and make a backup of the machine prior to using (should anything happen) and it runs smoothly. So, between the great price and dependability of the brand, we're very happy with this purchase.

After about a week of having this computer, I've decided that I really like it. I can do basic surfing and my schoolwork on it. It seemed bigger than what I'm used to for work, then I realized it had the number pad off to the side--HUGE plus!!! What I wish this computer had, though, was an indicator light for the NUM LOCK and FN buttons. I can't seem to find a way to tell whether they are on or off other than by punching buttons. It would be cool if the power button lit up, too, but then it's pretty easy to tell whether or not it's on...

This computer was purchased for a teen & it has never had a problem of any kind.

I was looking for a laptop of a good price but with a good memory and I find this one, that's quite cheap but it's spects are pretty awesome

Definitely time for some upgrades. This is not my every day computer so I’m not in a rush and it does the job.

Laptop is nice for my basic computer needs such as browsing online and having it for iTunes. Great price, nice looking, and has great storage.

I got this computer for my sister. Great buy for a beginner. She needed a computer to send and receive email. It works well for that need.

I've been looking for quite a while for a new laptop that was inexpensive but still had the ability to perform well. This laptop fit the bill perfectly. Like ALL new computers, out of the box It was slow but after patiently waiting through Microsoft's required three hour, 4 gb "old" windows 10 to "new" windows 10 update (we used to call them "service packs") and setting up the apps and programs to suit my needs, it runs as fast as lightning, CONSISTENTLY.. A fast processor + large HD + GREAT price = another satisfied customer. I'm glad this machine still had a large HD. Sadly, it will probably be discontinued and replaced by the time anyone reads this but the best advice I can give anyone is to STAY AWAY from any SSD (solid state drive) smaller than 64 gb if it's running windows 10. Most 32 gb SSD's running windows will not have enough room to perform major updates. Enjoy...

The product is good for its price I love HP and would really be interested in getting a laptop for gaming. This one is good but n actual gaming laptop would be better for me. As far as my other stuff I use it for it is great.

I bought this for my teen and preteen to use for school. It is light and seems to be easy to use. Was very easy to set up and install all of the programs. Would like the comohtef to have been a little smaller, but for what they use it for, it works great!!

Great entry level laptop for the money. We are pleased with the speed and functions of this computer. Overall a good value for the money.

I needed an inexpensive laptop primarily for creating and displaying power points. The laptop is all that and more. I like the large screen.
