Solid product for my 14yr old daughter. She loved it the minute she opened it. I do wish it was a bit faster however it came with everything she will need.

Bought this computer for schoolwork only. It can be pretty slow but I managed. Good price for what I needed, though.

Use for a hs sophomore to carry at school. Good base laptop without a lot of frills. Slow enough to limit ability to game instead of doing homework.

This laptop is perfect for basic office use and browsing the web. Also has a DVD player so perfect for kids who want to watch movies in the car or at home.

I am running a commercial software which usually ran well on my old Lenovo pc with i5 CPU. The speed is comparable but overall response is kind of sluggish.

For the price, it's pretty decent. You won't be doing any gaming in this machine, but works as a good web browser.

If there is another computer within this price range, BUY IT! This is the slowest computer I have ever been on and “No” it can’t be blamed on my WiFi.

Seems to do all the basic tasks that I was hoping for. Reads DVDS, basic word processing, etc. I am disappointed that it doesn't offer spell check however.

My daughter has been on the new HP for a year now and no problems whatsoever, she has Downs Syndrome so it's important to us that she be able to able to easily navigate her way around online and on her laptop. This laptop exceeds our expectations, thanks HP and Best Buy

It was bought for a brother that visited the state and I never receive any complain from him about the product. I will assume it is working excellently.

I bought 2 of these for my teenage kids for Christmas. Only thing I was disappointed with was I haven't received anything about my points for the purchase.

I'm used to a laptop with a scroll on the mouse touch pad. Actually the mouse touch pad is a little quirky, but I planned on using an added mouse anyway.

Good if looking for a budget laptop. But beware you'll have to pay more if you want programs like Microsoft word.

I have one that I bought for myself and it has been a great computer so when my daughter needed a new computer for school we got the same make and model.

the Laptop is nice, slim and lite, the performance is of a basic task Laptop, seems to struggle running office.

Good computer, sound not so good, speakers on bottom makes it hard to hear, will need to buy an extra speaker eventually. Works good other than that.

With this you get what you pay for. It's a great computer but it's very slow. Just wish it was a little faster.

It's a nice computer. Not the greatest if you need lots of battery life. It's battery life is very short
