This computer is all right for your basic browsing it's not very fast but it seems to be Fairly reliable overall it suits my husband's needs

Works as one would expect a Windows PC to work. Battery is about what you would expect. Not the fastest PC but for the price you can't go wrong .

It does what it's supposed to. Not a fan of the case design and I really don't like clickable touchpad. Buttons work better when in a hurry.

We bought this for my wife as a word processor and for internet surfing. It does both fine but it does not have much juice for anything hard.

Good overall computer. Tried multiple browsers, but internet is still slow. I have the extreme internet speed package, but it is still slow.

I have had a few issues with this laptop the first month geek squad did their magic to correct all the problems..I was happy with that. Then more issues happened...most of my computers last longer before issues...for now,things are going well.I don't need much in a computer just need things to go smoothly I only rated a 3 because of early issues Let's see how the next year goes LOL I may be the problem but it is basic for me I am not techy

This was purchased for my sons 12th birthday. His first laptop of his own. He has been very pleased.

Not a bad product, my needs for this laptop we're pretty basic, I just use it for office and school work and it gets the job done just fine.

My daughter uses it for homework and projects for school. The whole family uses it for e- mail, social media, and videos. We like it very much.

It has a harddrive, it has a touchpad, camera, keyboard, wifi, and a disc drive. These are all the features I needed and it satisfies them.

Great price on this laptop! Software set up took considerable time, but other than that, this thing is pretty quick and can handle tasks well. Video quality is good, streams awesome. Starts up in <35 seconds wich I think is good for a entry pc. Has DVD drive!

I have had Gateway, Dell and other home laptop. I love this HP. Nice keyboard great HD screen. I use a wireless mouse and it works great.

The computer developed a defective USB port 10 days after purchase and was returned and exchanged.
