Good laptop at reasonable price for light work. Would be more better if mouse keys are little soft and hardware support higher freq WiFi bands

We were used to the internet on our TV with a DirectTV bundle and went with a hotspot with Sprint for this new laptop, it's great, so happy we left Cable and DirectTV. My hotspot with Sprint works great on my Laptop and now I can even take it with me camping.

I bought this for my daughter to help with school work and crafting projects. She loves it. The built in parental controls are awesome!!

I bought this as a replacement for a stolen laptop. It was such an easy purchase from Bestbuy. I walked in looking for info and got advice that instantly made me want to buy this from them. It's easy to use and install different programs. Super glad I bought it.

I got open box piece and good discount on that, so this is better deal for me. Using this laptop around month , so far things are very good

this is not the be all-end all of lap tops.screen is jumpy and really moves more than expected,but not to bad after you get used to it.

So far things are going good with my purchase, did have some issues at first with updating, but seems to have straightened it's self out.

I bought this laptop for home use only. It is slower in response time than what I use for work purposes but it meets my personal needs.

Considering all that this laptop can do, it is very well worth the price. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because it does load slowly.

If you are looking for a basic laptop, this is one for you. It does what I need it to do without a lot of unnecessary bells and whistles.

This is a much more intelligent lap top than the one I bought from Best Buy in 2008. It lasted until 2015. I bought the same basic model

Once I got rid of some of the native junk programs it ran much more efficiently. Nothing super fancy but it works for what I need it for

we needed windows 10. do we buy software or new laptop. the price was right for what we got. new laptop with win win10 and 500gig HD.

This was purchased for my grandson as a middle-school graduation gift. I had purchased one for my wife about a year ago so I was familiar with it. Although it is a basic laptop, it has enough features that it should last my grandson through high school.

I hadn't opened it until I had my initial instruction from the Geek Squad. Like the computer don't like Windows "10" - to complicated!

My daughter states the computer works fine to complete her school work, but it is a little slow when downloading, pictures, music,, etc.

I am an Apple person, but needed a computer for work, and this does just what I need it to do, and for the price it was worth the buy
