Family member needed a reliable PC with lower cost. Without touch screen, MS Office or DVD drive, this computer has everything needed.

I bought this for my ten year old son. He seems to love it except that he wishes for a touch screen. Great for a first computer though.

The battery doesn't last as long as expected and its pretty slow. Overall I think ok for price.

Wife was tired of sharing a computer, wanted one for her office. She's doing basic things like word processing (using LIbreOffice), using Facebook, listening to music, viewing/storing photos. The built in touch pad seems rough as though it's painted but it could be an actually textured surface that will be durable. That may be a mute question as we've added a USB mouse and keyboard. Computer is fine for meeting basic needs.

The initial setup was simple and if it keeps working well for the dyslexic user that is not computer savvy, then I may update to a 5.

The best part was BestBuy service regarding setup and questions that I had regarding music which most techs can't answer but my technician {Zak l think was his name} did try. Excellent customer service even though I bought it online through best buy

An inexpensive laptop that was all I needed while mine was in for repair. A little slow at times but overall good for what I needed.

Glad I chose Best Buy for a refurbished laptop. Although I swear it is new. Not a sign of any prior use at all. I am very satisfied with it. I was leery because it has Win 10 and had not used it before, but I am getting used to it and so far so good.

I bought this computer for my nephew for school. The computer works fine, but is a bit slow.. For the price, I cant complain though.

Features are just perfect for 90% of the things you need a PC for. Probably not good enough for high end applications or gaming.

For the price..it's ok. Would've been nice if bluetooth was installed. Love the touch of the keyboard & 10 KEY ON RIGHT HAND SIDE.

Over all we love this laptop. Only frustrating thing is trying to get it to print. Doesn't want to connect with my existing printer.

I want to be cheap laptop to replace my PC that had died. So far this seems to meet my needs.

I have 2 HP's which are higher end but I had enough confidence in them (combined with the sensational price) that I bought this for 9 year old grandson. It has not disappointed in any way. Has really fostered his interest and competency with coding.

GREAT LITTLE LAPTOP. VERY USER FRIENDLY. HAS EVERYTHING I NEEDED. ETHERNET PORT, DVD DRIVE , A QUAD CORE PROCESSOR AND A GREAT PRICE A JOY TO OPERATE.

Went to Best Buy to get a basic computer to just search the web. picked up this hp. not too bad. moves a tad bit slow on start-up.
