I had purchased this computer for my daughter for college and for a 500GB hard drive it's good enough for college students to download books and papers on. And to use social media and iTunes, and it's good for a very first CPU as well.

I had to learn how to use some of the features on this laptop. I wish it had a little more speed...but for the price it is nice.

The first one didn't seem to wor right so best buy exchanged it no questions ask and the new one seems to be working great.

Price was reasonable for my son's first laptop. This will be helpful for doing his homeworks. He also likes to do WebBlogging.

At the onset I tried to remove the things the lap top came with The laptop didn't allow me to. I am truly happy that it didn't. I was not familiar with Windows 10 still not that much but I am forced to learn. It is so exciting to learn it now.

For what i know a learned this is a good product for a student. This is why it was bought.

I was looking to purchase a laptop with 500 GB hard-drive. I finally found it @ Best Buy. I didn't want a chrome book or a tablet. I wanted something with at least 500 GB of memory and found it @ Best Buy. Great purchase- you must buy it.

I needed a Computer for work but needed to be mobile. This was a great deal. Just wish it came with Windows Excel and Word.

It's good regarding the low price. I like it.it function good ,reliable and good battery half life lasting for long time.

This laptop is great for getting your work done, homework, and just plain old surfing the web. I'm glad I purchased this.

Purchased Laptop in Jacksonville, and had picked up in Mobile Alabama. These folks at both stores did just as promised. We have been purchasing products from Best Buy all the way back to 1995, and have been pleased each and every time.

If your looking for something to do a little light work or as a backup. This is perfect.

I purchased an HP laptop from Best buy online. I highly recommend both this laptop, and purchasing online from Best buy.

Some shortcomings as set forth in reviews I read, but still plenty of capabilities only available in more expensive models.

I use computers very often as a small business owner and a lap top is very convenient. I do enjoy using my new hp lap top.

I purchased my laptop during Black Friday and so far I haven't had any problems with it. It's easy to use and great to have.

You get what you pay for. This worked perfectly for my mother who doesn't really use computers a lot.

Solid laptop, low memory bogs it down at times. Had to order more memory so I could handle multiple windows at once.

This is a great laptop for the price. Lots of storage space, and works great for surfing the net and other basic programs.
