    The loaded software on the device makes this computer tremendously slow. After uninstalling all the extra software the computer is still slow but doesn't freeze anymore. The processor is deceit for what my niece uses it for. Not a laptop for a high school student. Will have to replace this in 2 years when she gets to high school.

    I purchased my computer in May and so far I have really enjoyed it. Though I have never been a big fan of laptops, with the aid of a wireless mouse I am becoming more comfortable with it.

    Great computer. I went into Best Buy geek squad to ask them which laptop would be good to buy since I am not up to speed with computers and ended up with this one. Gave it to my son as a gift
