Works great for basic online use and minimal storage. Had to take the first laptop back to the store because it was damaged when my son opened it on Christmas day. But they exchanged it right away.

It is light weight and the keyboard includes the ten-key pad. It is much faster than my old computer. I did have trouble getting it set up with the relatively new HP printer that I already had. I finally called HP Support who wanted to charge me to set it up because the printer was more than 90 days old and I hadn't purchased the extended warranty. They didn't care that the computer was less than 90 days old.

I bought this laptop for my dad who has very little tech experience. The laptop is inexpensive, yet serves the purposes for whom only want to surf the Internet and do some basic office work.

Bought this for my daughter in jr high. Super easy to set up. Light and easy to carry also.

The computer has 4 gigs of ram so it's pretty fast and doiesnt lag the software itself is useful you're able to install many different softwares into the computer. Storage is very nice as well

First things first...let me start by saying I got this laptop as a Black Friday sale item lower than the original price. The laptop is just right for someone wanting to do basic stuff like browsjmg, school work, etc. The keys and touch pad are ergomomic and it won't take long for you to get adjusted to typing it. The processor is AMD A6, But it shouldn't really matter, you don't need Intel for a basic laptop. And guess what, it comes with a Optical drive, so you can put on the CD / DVD, which is not an option in many models these days. Only thing I wish was that it had more hard drive capacity lik 1 TB instead of the 500 GB it has. But sgain, Best Buy gives you an option to upgrade the capacity wirh additional price. So go for it!!

This is a good laptop for the price. It is not high end, but does what I need it to do.

This laptop is perfect for what I need.... browsing the internet, doing some documents, etc. It's lightweight and easy to use. When my old laptop died this was an affordable, reliable buy.

Good value for the money. Isn't as fast to start up as I would like but preforms well.

I purchased me a new laptop from best buy, within 2 weeks got a virus called and the geek squad solved my issues in 15 min by phone loved mind so much I also purchased my daughter and granddaughter one also friendly convenient and amazingly helpful people I wouldn't buy from no one else.

Ok speed. Great for home use. Relatively short battery life, so not great for the road.

We bought this laptop for our daughter as a Christmas present. It was a great purchase. Easy to set up and she was online streaming her Netflix shows in no time. Performance is pretty fast.

Excellent starter laptop I bought for my 75yr old mother. It is easy to set up and use. I would recommend this for beginners. There is enough memory and programs to get them started.

I have been an hp fan since my 1st laptop in 2005. Need more ram than what is given but still really good. Lighter, and slightly faster than my old one. Great buy for those with basic need

This laptop was a great purchase. Really quick, everything loads super fast. Only complaint is the battery. I expected it to last longer. It lasts about four hours streaming on Netflix.
