I bought this for my Mom for Mother's Day. Over joyed is an understatement for how she felt when saw it. She loves the large screen and how easy it was to set up.

I've never owned an HP before, being a Lenovo & Dell fan. But the price was right for what I needed this for. I'm also not a big fan of windows 10 but, what are you going to do? I'm still working through clearing the unwanted items off of this, and am content with this purchase. I like the warranty period given by HP. And their website seems easy to navigate.

This laptop is perfect for what I need! I use it mostly for work and surfing the internet, and it works great! It's lightweight, and I like how big the screen is.

I bought this for my mom. As far as I know it works fine although it has been difficult for her to get used to the new operating system

I purchased two of these laptops for my kids for christmas. They have not been used yet but they look very nice and they were a great price. They shipped very quickly and arrived very quickly. It took me awhile to find a decent laptop for a good price and this one seemed like it fit. I can't wait for my kids to open them christmas day and see how well they work.

The laptop I purchased has certainly lived up to Hewlett Packard's reputation. I have had no problems with it as of yet and I am utilizing it as a second home computer, also an HP. My only minor complaint is the battery life is less than 4 hours without being plugged in and that is why only a 4 star rating. A battery up-grade would certainly be in order.

I read reviews of other satisfied customers and can say that this laptop is great for the price. It will do most of the things I need it for and fairly quick.

For the price, I could not go wrong. It's not for gaming nor video/photo editing but for everyday Web surfing and Office programs, it is more than adequate.
